Birth of 'Real Impact' Solutions

STEWARDSHIP
Stewardship is the guiding compass for Real Impact. Stewardship refers to responsible management and care of resources. It starts with individual actions but extends beyond it to involve collective responsibility.
The Brand story
Our brand identity is inspired by the warrior who is ready to protect. A warrior puts the land and the people before self. The identity harmoniously blends classic and contemporary thoughts.

The letter R is designed to represent the alphabets I and R depicting Individual Responsibility leading to Real Impact.

The dot is the visual element that strikes a balance between the two alphabets depicting the power of connection and collaboration.

It also creates an opening between the two letters, forming the shape of a warrior standing with a shield.

Aruna Narayanan
Aruna Narayanan has been an active contributor to CSR activities in and outside the UAE. In her individual capacity, Aruna has contributed over 500 volunteering hours since 2011 in the following areas:
  • Educating communities regarding recycling in collaboration with Tadweer Abu Dhabi, Yas mall, Dubai municipality.
  • Empowering youth on sustainability topics through the creation of free online courses in partnership with Capital Education.
  • Pro bono sustainability advisory for UAE-based start-ups and SMEs.
  • Eco hiking (cleaning mountain trails while hiking) and leading the hiking group at Harvard business school club of the GCC.
  • Honorary board member at the Sustainability Action Society of Capital Club, Dubai.
aruna's current engagements
  • President of the Alumni network for Harvard women (UAE Chapter), focusing on bringing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Non-executive board member at Eight Clouds private equity (ADGM-based private equity). Eight Clouds focuses on supporting UAE-based consumer brands to go global in a sustainable way.
  • Supporting Harvard Business School Club of GCC in sustainability initiatives like creation of impact investing eco system in GCC and participation at COP28.
